Job Summary
Providing Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for a diverse portfolio of clinical and back-office applications, the remote Application Analyst II will troubleshoot incidents, manage vendor coordination, and ensure optimal performance of critical systems within a large healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support for medium- to high-complexity clinical and business applications
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related incidents while adhering to service level agreements (SLAs)
- Participate in an on-call rotation to deliver 24/7 support for critical application environments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience supporting third-party clinical applications in a healthcare environment
- Strong understanding of application support and troubleshooting methodologies
- Experience working within ITIL-based service management environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise application environments
