Job Summary

Owning the day-to-day technical operations for a flagship customer relationship, the full-time remote Application Analyst will ensure that the physician-facing platform meets contractual SLAs, manage critical integrations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical workflow efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Track system availability and performance metrics against SLAs while managing technical governance and compliance cycles
  • Coordinate platform upgrades and integration changes, ensuring minimal disruption to users while overseeing multiple concurrent technical projects
  • Serve as the primary technical contact for client teams, providing clear communication on platform roadmaps, incidents, and escalations
Required qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in technical operations, client success, or implementation management within healthcare IT or enterprise SaaS
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site client relationships with measurable SLA accountability
  • Experience with performance dashboards and application performance data analysis
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product
  • Experience managing integration change lifecycles and coordinating software upgrades in production environments
