Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support the full lifecycle of business applications in an Agile IT environment, the remote Application Analyst I/II/Sr/Lead will collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure application stability, security, and alignment with organizational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on strategic initiatives and monitor project deliverables
- Provide end-user support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and coordination with vendors
Required qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience with enterprise applications and analysis
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a closely related field
- Demonstrated ability to upgrade and maintain multiple applications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and tools
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple project milestones and initiatives
