Application Analyst Associate

Job Summary

To support information systems initiatives, the full-time Application Analyst Associate will configure programs, maintain databases, and assist in resolving software application issues while working remotely during daytime hours.

Key responsibilities

• Configures application settings and maintains databases to meet user specifications
• Acts as a technical liaison with vendors and supports customer relations by resolving software application issues
• Ensures data integrity for assigned applications and assists in managing system upgrades and small projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• No previous experience required; healthcare experience is preferred
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and healthcare software applications
• Familiarity with project management software and concepts
• Ability to complete tasks on time and meet assignment deadlines
