Application Analyst Associate

Job Summary

Supporting and maintaining key clinical and imaging applications, the full-time Application Analyst Associate will troubleshoot issues, provide end-user support, and monitor systems while working remotely and learning from experienced analysts.

Key responsibilities:

• Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues while providing end-user support
• Monitors applications during maintenance, upgrades, and implementations
• Acts as the primary point of contact for ongoing production maintenance and support

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• No prior experience required, although experience with radiology or cardiology imaging applications is preferred
• Previous work in a technical support, help desk, or application support environment is advantageous
