A company is looking for an Application Analyst I - Business Applications/Information Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Business Delivery program supporting applications
• Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users
• Maintain system updates and ensure professional standards in customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with five years of directly related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of directly related experience
• Experience in operational, consultative, and collaborative functions within Information Solutions
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with effective stress management
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
