Application Analyst I

Job Summary

Providing operational and consultative support, the full-time remote Application Analyst I will assist in the implementation and maintenance of the Business Delivery program, ensuring effective application support and system updates for operational end users.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of the Business Delivery program supporting applications
• Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users while maintaining a professional attitude
• Collaborate with the Business Delivery team to support MUSC's academic, research, and healthcare missions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with five years of directly related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of directly related experience
• Experience in providing customer service and operational support
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong communication skills
• Familiarity with healthcare applications is preferred
