Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst I-Business in Information Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and design system applications to meet organizational needs
• Consult with users to identify current procedures, problems, and requirements
• Develop documentation and materials to assist users with installation and maintenance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with five years of related experience, or a bachelor's degree in a related field with one year of experience
• Experience with SQL is preferred
• Experience with Higher Education applications is preferred
• Good customer service skills are required
