Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Align technology solutions with business strategies by identifying opportunities for technology application in business processes
• Serve as a technical liaison and broker of services with various vendors while advising customers on system technologies
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel to improve business processes

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 2+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis or business unit experience working with IT
• Knowledge of the assigned business area's products and processes
• Understanding of project management concepts for planning and implementing projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
