Application Analyst II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the Mosaic reporting application, collaborating with clinical application, IT, and development teams
• Build and maintain national radiology reporting templates, troubleshooting issues and optimizing workflows for radiologists
• Provide system support including HL7 message routing and managing tickets through ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Healthcare or radiology industry experience preferred
• Basic understanding of radiology reporting systems, including PowerScribe
• Working knowledge of PACS, worklists, and HL7 message routing
• Experience supporting clinical applications and collaborating with IT and development teams
• Able to work independently in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
