Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues related to business applications
• Serve as a subject matter expert, maintaining system updates and supporting operational end users
• Lead projects, participate in meetings, and coach peers while ensuring high professional standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with seven years of related experience, or a Master's degree with three years of related experience
• Application-specific certifications preferred
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Analytical skills to maximize the benefit of Information Solutions services
• Ability to work in a variety of physical conditions, including standing, sitting, and lifting
