Job Summary

Providing expertise in evaluating and resolving complex technical issues, the full-time Application Analyst III, South Carolina will support the Business Delivery team in a remote capacity, focusing on application maintenance, system updates, and user support while leading projects and coaching peers.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and resolve complex technical issues related to business applications
• Lead projects and participate in team meetings to improve operational efficiency
• Generate communication and educational plans to facilitate change and support end users

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with five years of related experience, or a high school diploma with nine years of related experience, or a Master's degree with three years of related experience
• Strong interpersonal and project management skills
• Application-specific certifications preferred
• Analytical and communication skills essential for maximizing Information Solutions services
