Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Analyst IV .NET/C# (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business area needs and design efficient application systems to meet those needs
• Test and debug complex programs, isolating and resolving issues to ensure system reliability
• Provide mentorship and leadership to development team members while improving processes and system performance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience in developing, testing, debugging, and documenting complex program logic
• Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues with a focus on productivity improvements
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide mentorship
• Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users
