Application Configuration Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Configuration Specialist to support healthcare management software.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support applications, managing data, alerts, reports, and system modifications
• Troubleshoot workflows and rule processing, analyze errors, suggest solutions, and improve efficiency
• Conduct end-to-end testing by writing and executing test scripts, debugging issues, and ensuring seamless functionality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role (Engineer, Analyst, etc)
• Associate degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience); preferred Bachelor's in IT, Engineering, or Computer Science
• Expert in T-SQL, SSRS, stored procedures, Visual Studio (2015+), XML, JSON, and C#
• Experience with SDLC, agile teams, and data analysis
