Application Delivery Engineer

Job Summary

Providing second-level technical support, the full-time Application Delivery I Engineer will troubleshoot systems architecture issues, coordinate technical implementations, and enhance end-user experience in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Reviews and manages complex critical tickets/incidents to ensure accuracy and quality
• Designs and coordinates the implementation, analysis, testing, and debugging of technical systems and configurations
• Prepares and maintains technical documentation for ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Service Now and Windows 10/11 administration
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
