Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Application Developer I.

Key Responsibilities

Review complex business requirement documents and translate them into technical specifications
Develop, modify, and maintain complex software products, including unit and system testing
Mentor junior developers and enforce standardized code development and SDLC practices

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
5+ years of relevant work experience preferred or 12 years in lieu of degree
Working knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Kanban)
Familiarity with Open Connect Technology, .NET/Java, Automation & Cloud Computing
Experience with NASCO claims processing system is a plus
