Job Summary
To support a long-term modernization initiative, the remote Application Developer will build and enhance components of a cloud-native pension administration system, focusing on integrating modern technologies such as Angular, REST APIs, and Azure SQL.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain application components that meet functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate with technical staff to translate specifications into production-ready software
- Manage multiple development tasks while adhering to Agile methodologies and project timelines
Required qualifications:
- Knowledge of modern application development frameworks and secure coding practices
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, particularly Agile
- Experience in developing APIs, system interfaces, and automation workflows
- Understanding of TRS business rules related to the Pension Software System
- Ability to create clear user stories and maintain a prioritized backlog
