Application Developer

Job Summary

To support small to medium-sized clients, the full-time Application Developer will plan and develop specialized application software, collaborating with clients and internal teams to meet user needs while working remotely within Houston, Texas.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess user needs and project feasibility
• Develop and modify software, ensuring it operates within established specifications and meets user feedback
• Design databases and identify system performance standards based on client requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience, or a combination of education and experience
• Core knowledge in at least three areas such as programming languages (Java or C#), software design patterns, or cloud providers (AWS preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
• Minimal travel requirement
