Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the application development team and manages job performance
• Provides leadership on application design, architecture, and code development standards
• Develops training and mentoring activities for the application development team

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
• Minimum of 11 years of relevant experience required
• At least 1 year of experience managing people, processes, or projects required
• Experience with application development tools and strategies preferred
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring and enhancement tools preferred
