Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Development Consultant to provide expert-level application development leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex business and technical requests to design, build, test, and deploy software solutions
Promote reuse and simplification by identifying opportunities to leverage existing solution components
Independently manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across concurrent initiatives

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in application development or technical support for mainframe applications and databases
Experience with Life Insurance processes and platforms
Hands-on expertise with Cyberlife, ALIS, or Vantage
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery
Advanced knowledge of mainframe and policy administration system architecture
