Application Development Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Development Leader to oversee the development and support of proprietary applications for the National Pharmacy Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and improve application development practices, technical standards, and processes
• Lead and motivate the application development team to align with business strategies and objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver new features that enhance business delivery and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Five years of experience in an enterprise-level full stack development environment
• Five years of experience managing application development projects and teams
• Experience with common databases and/or data modeling tools
• Formal project methodology experience, preferably Agile (Scrum)
• Minimum five years of direct IT management experience
