Application Development Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Application Development Engineering to oversee the design and implementation of enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team responsible for developing and implementing complex software solutions
- Coordinate with third-party development teams and ensure adherence to standards and policies
- Provide coaching and career development for junior developers while reporting on application progress
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience, or equivalent experience
- Prior management experience in application development
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce is desired
