Application Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Application Development to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers using Microsoft technologies
• Oversee the full application lifecycle including planning, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and support
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in application development, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role
• Strong expertise with Microsoft technologies including .NET Core, C#, and Azure services
• Experience managing Agile development teams (Scrum or Kanban)
• Hands-on experience with source control and CI/CD pipelines
