Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Application Development & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical resources for Mainframe application support and development
• Oversee the development and support of new and existing applications while managing customer expectations
• Ensure all development projects are within scope, budget, and timelines while achieving user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree (MBA) preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Application Development and IT Project Management
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to develop a self-directed workforce
• Knowledge of full software development life cycle and Mainframe systems (e.g., COBOL, DB2, IMS)
• Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
