Application Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Development Manager to oversee and guide the implementation and maintenance of application systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the application development team in designing, building, and deploying scalable software solutions
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical requirements and drive innovation through new technologies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in application development, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
• Proficient in software development languages such as Java, C#, .NET, and Python
• Experience with web and mobile application development, and understanding of cloud computing technologies like AWS and Azure
• Working knowledge of Azure SQL Server Managed Instances and Salesforce development
