Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Application Development & Support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical resources for Mainframe application support and development
• Oversee the development and support of applications, ensuring adherence to processes and managing customer expectations
• Conduct system audits and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Application Development and IT Project Management
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Knowledge of full software development life cycle and Mainframe systems
• Experience with programming languages such as COBOL and data architecture
