Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Application Development Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages a team responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex enterprise software solutions
• Coordinates the work of third-party development teams and ensures adherence to standards and policies
• Provides coaching, career development planning, and performance reviews for junior application developers

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of related experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in healthcare is desirable
• Knowledge of AWS and application development is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale projects
