Application Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing all assigned technology components, the full-time salaried Application Development Manager will develop strategies for new technology delivery, optimize existing services, and lead projects from inception to implementation while working remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-level implementation plans for technology delivery and optimize current services
• Establish and maintain professional relationships between IT and business stakeholders to enhance system usability
• Lead projects from design through implementation, providing technical guidance and training to team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field
• Five years of experience in software application design and development within the healthcare industry
• Experience in service-oriented architectures supporting high transaction volumes
• Proven ability to develop technical and leadership skills in direct reports
• Strong project management skills with a focus on execution and performance management
