Application Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the AgentMate application development team, the full-time remote Application Development Manager will oversee engineering execution, ensure application security and compliance, and manage technical health while mentoring developers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the application development team, setting expectations for delivery, quality, and security
• Remain actively involved in solution design, coding, and delivery of business-critical capabilities
• Embed secure software development practices and manage application security and risk through threat modeling and vulnerability remediation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of professional application development experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Microsoft .NET technologies
• 2+ years of formal people leadership or engineering management experience
• Advanced proficiency in C#, .NET/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, RESTful APIs, and SQL
• Demonstrated application security experience, including secure coding and vulnerability remediation
