Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

Troubleshoot customer-reported issues and perform basic code analysis, escalating as necessary
Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through until resolution
Assist in monitoring system resources and application issues, updating documentation as needed

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of database structure, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SaaS applications in a support setting is preferred
Familiarity with IT tools and issue management systems
