Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support the development of innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Associate Application Engineer will work remotely to enhance internal applications, automate processes, and develop AI-enabled workflows while collaborating across multiple domains within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of internal applications and automation systems
• Develop APIs, integrations, and workflows that facilitate business operations and troubleshoot system issues
• Leverage AI tools to identify automation opportunities and improve system efficiency across platforms

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in software development, automation, or related technical roles
• Foundational proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PHP, or similar
• Experience with SQL and relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with AI tools and an understanding of agentic development concepts
• Strong understanding of data structures and operational workflows
