Application Engineer

Job Summary

To support managed services, the hybrid Application Engineer will analyze error logs, monitor system operations, and provide technical evaluations while collaborating with clients to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze system operations and error logs to identify and resolve potential issues
• Translate customer business requirements into functional and technical design specifications
• Provide application engineering solutions and conduct technical evaluations of existing implementations

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field with at least three years of application engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience
• Experience with .Net Framework/Core, ASP.NET, WCF, Web API, C#, and SQL Server
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, web services (SOAP), Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, HTML5, CSS3, React, and Sitecore
• Demonstrated ability to lead the business-requirements process end-to-end
• Experience in integrating external services and governing version control releases
