Application Engineer

Job Summary

Providing advanced support for eDiscovery applications, the full-time remote Application Engineer will manage complex problem-solving, SQL script development, and documentation while mentoring junior staff in a dynamic technology environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide escalated support for eDiscovery applications, addressing complex technical issues in collaboration with Systems, Storage, and Network Engineers
• Enhance application security, reliability, and performance through regular updates and maintenance tasks, ensuring system uptime
• Develop and implement SQL scripts for report generation and data manipulation within eDiscovery databases

Required qualifications:

• Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in IT or eDiscovery
• Proficiency in SQL with strong skills in creating dynamic queries using T-SQL
• Strong working knowledge of PowerShell scripting
