Application Engineer
Job Summary
To support client document management needs, the full-time remote ECM Application Engineer will build and migrate customer document management systems to NetDocuments using SQL-driven ETL while collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve technical challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Own the creation, configuration, and migration of customer document management environments
- Utilize ETL processes to migrate various document management platforms to NetDocuments
- Translate business and technical requirements into effective application designs and migration plans
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with SQL or Oracle scripting for data extraction, transformation, and migration
- Prior experience with document management systems, including design, configuration, or migration projects
- Ability to troubleshoot data, application, integration, and workflow issues during implementations
- Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication, particularly in technical contexts
- Experience translating business needs into practical application designs and implementation plans
