Application Engineer
Job Summary
Administering and extending customer operations platforms, the full-time remote Application Engineer will manage CRM and contact center configurations, automate processes, and integrate systems to enhance customer service efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and configure the CRM platform, including workflows, user permissions, and data quality
- Manage the contact center stack, configuring routing rules, escalation paths, and maintaining communication settings
- Build and maintain AI-driven automations to streamline operational tasks and improve system integrations
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) and contact center systems across voice, chat, and ticketing
- Familiarity with APIs and integration processes, including troubleshooting data flow issues
- Experience configuring AI agents and familiarity with large language model tools
- Basic skills in building automations using AI tooling and low-code approaches
- Able to translate business requirements into effective system configurations
