Application Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Engineer II, Application Integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the implementation and maintenance of clinical program applications and system updates
• Provide proactive and reactive support to operational end users while maintaining excellent customer service
• Participate in team and project meetings, assist with onboarding new hires, and lead designated projects

Required Qualifications

• A high school diploma with eight years of relevant experience, or a bachelor's degree with four to six years of experience preferred
• A master's degree in a related field is also acceptable
• Experience in operational and consultative functions within information solutions
• Ability to perform various physical tasks related to job functions
• Good communication and customer service skills are essential
