Application Engineer II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Engineer II for the Jira Cloud Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a large-scale Jira Cloud environment with extensive customization
• Collaborate with delivery leads and engineers to implement configuration updates and oversee projects
• Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements to define scope for new systems and enhancements

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working with Jira Cloud
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Jira Service Management Cloud
• Over 4 years of expertise with Groovy scripting using ScriptRunner
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian Jira Cloud and major add-ons
• Proficiency in managing assets and configuration within Jira Service Management
