Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Engineering Manager to provide leadership and technical direction across an enterprise application portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop multiple cross-functional product teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Participate in architectural discussions and guide teams toward sound system-level architecture decisions
• Provide leadership in modernization efforts and support delivery execution while balancing technology health and sustainability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Significant experience as an engineering leader with a background in hands-on engineering roles
• Experience managing large enterprise application portfolios and engaging in technical discussions
• Familiarity with Agile and product-oriented operating models
• Experience working within corporate or enterprise technology environments
