Application Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Application Engineering Manager will provide technical leadership for a team supporting business-critical applications across various technologies, including Node.js, React, Python, SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Azure and GCP.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and mentor engineers while driving predictable delivery through effective planning and execution
• Provide architecture and design leadership to ensure scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions
• Oversee development and support of NodeJS services and React applications, ensuring strong API integration and performance

Required qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing engineering teams and delivering complex software projects
• Strong technical expertise in Node.js, React, Python, SQL Server, and cloud platforms (Azure and GCP)
• Experience with legacy systems, particularly ColdFusion and Windows C++ applications
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
• Agile Product Management or Agile Leadership certification is highly preferred
