Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Helpdesk Specialist - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking application support
- Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets related to Encompass and other software applications
- Document interactions and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system and assist in creating knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- One year of Application Helpdesk experience required
- Experience with Encompass required
- Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
- Experience with Zendesk preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and a ticketing system
