Job Summary

A company is looking for an Application Helpdesk Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking application support
  • Troubleshoot and resolve helpdesk tickets related to Encompass and other software applications
  • Document interactions and solutions in the helpdesk ticketing system and assist in creating knowledge base articles
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • One year of Application Helpdesk experience required
  • Experience with Encompass required
  • Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience required
  • Experience with Zendesk preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and a ticketing system
