Job Summary

A company is looking for an Encompass Application Helpdesk Specialist, responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking application support
  • Troubleshoot Encompass and application software problems and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly
  • Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • One year of Application Helpdesk experience is required
  • Experience with Encompass is required
  • Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferred
  • Mortgage processing or loan operations experience is preferred
