Job Summary
A company is looking for an Encompass Application Helpdesk Specialist, responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end users seeking application support
- Troubleshoot Encompass and application software problems and resolve helpdesk tickets promptly
- Document troubleshooting steps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- One year of Application Helpdesk experience is required
- Experience with Encompass is required
- Associate's degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required
- Experience with Zendesk is preferred
- Mortgage processing or loan operations experience is preferred
