Application Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Application Implementation Specialist is a full-time remote position responsible for mastering software applications and workflows in clinical research, assisting customers with implementation, and providing guidance to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Master complex software applications and integrate them into clinical research workflows
• Work with customers to understand their business processes and assist with technological implementations
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop Statements of Work and ensure timely delivery of project milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
• 3+ years' experience in healthcare technology, preferably in clinical research
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Experience with client communication and oral presentations
