Application Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support the implementation of clinical research solutions, the full-time remote Application Implementation Specialist will master software applications, assist new customers in understanding their workflows, and provide guidance on best practices for integrating technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Master complex software applications and their use within the clinical research industry
• Work with new customers to understand their business processes and assist with the implementation of technological solutions
• Map current state workflows into future state application workflows using process flow charting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience
• 5-8 years' experience in healthcare technology, preferably in clinical research
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Strong client communication and oral presentation skills
