Application Modernization Testing Lead

Job Summary

Leading the establishment and scaling of a global Testing Center of Excellence, the full-time remote Application Modernization Testing COE Lead will define testing strategies, governance frameworks, and automation capabilities to ensure high-quality modernization of enterprise applications across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the enterprise testing vision for application modernization programs
• Establish a scalable Testing COE operating model and create testing standards and methodologies
• Lead the implementation of automation frameworks and drive adoption of AI-enabled testing practices

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of software testing, quality engineering, or application delivery experience
• 8+ years leading enterprise-scale testing organizations or Centers of Excellence
• Proven experience supporting large-scale application modernization initiatives
• Experience leading testing across mainframe, distributed, and cloud-native environments
• Demonstrated success in managing executive stakeholders and complex transformation programs
