Application Owner
Job Summary
Acting as the primary operational owner for the application portfolio, the full-time salaried Application Owner will coordinate delivery and continuous improvement of the app ecosystem for the Field & Risk Services division in a fully remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee platform health, support processes, and enhancements while acting as the liaison between business stakeholders and development teams
- Manage the operational backlog for business applications, translating requirements into user stories and ensuring alignment with strategic business goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove delivery impediments, and promote best practices for continuous improvement within the team
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in roles such as Product Owner, Application Owner, or Delivery Lead
- 3+ years of experience in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Proven experience managing software backlogs and coordinating development teams
- Experience working with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams
- Familiarity with enterprise applications and full lifecycle management
