Job Summary

A company is looking for an Endpoint Packaging specialist with extensive experience in application packaging technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead application delivery, ensuring timely and quality completion of requests
• Drive escalations to resolution and contribute to improving productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with teams on new technologies and processes, presenting whitepapers on emerging trends

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application packaging technology
• Expertise in core packaging offerings including Windows Installer and application virtualization technologies
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and compliance requirements
• Familiarity with deployment tools and troubleshooting package-related issues
