Application Portfolio Management Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Application Portfolio Management Analyst will analyze complex aspects of Business Applications and Application Lifecycle Management, develop IT Asset Management governance, and implement process improvements while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provides expert support for business operations and manages escalated matters related to application management practices
• Collaborates with teams to ensure accurate business application inventory and oversees the Business Application Onboarding process
• Produces advanced data analysis reports, identifies trends, and develops process enhancements based on findings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Preferred experience in Application Portfolio Management or IT Asset Management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and creating dashboards and reporting in ServiceNow
• Experience working in an Agile environment
