Application Portfolio Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support the IT department's operational objectives, the remote Application Portfolio Management Analyst will analyze complex business applications, manage IT asset governance, and implement process improvements while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provides expert support for business operations, addressing inquiries and continuously improving application management practices
• Manages escalated issues, guiding lower-level analysts and leading workflow enhancements within the Application Portfolio Management discipline
• Produces and communicates reports based on data analysis, industry trends, and process capabilities to identify areas for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Analytics, Modeling, or Reporting, or a High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of equivalent experience
• Preferred experience in Application Portfolio Management or IT Asset Management
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and creating dashboards and reports in ServiceNow
• Experience working in an Agile environment
