Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of enterprise applications, including the M365 stack and CX platforms
• Develop and manage the Knowledge Management portfolio and its team, promoting knowledge sharing
• Ensure quality, compliance, and security across all managed applications and platforms

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive experience in IT and content management
• Expertise in M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform
• Proven experience in Knowledge and Document Management strategies
• Strong background in business analysis and solution architecture
