Application Processing Specialist

Job Summary

Owning a pipeline of homeowner applications, the remote Application Processing Specialist will manage the intake process through to underwriting, collaborating closely with Sales and Underwriting teams to facilitate investments while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and process a pipeline of homeowner applications, ensuring timely progression through all stages
• Collect and verify supplemental information from homeowners, coordinating with third-party vendors for necessary documentation
• Compile application packages and conduct initial reviews to assess readiness for underwriting, keeping Sales informed throughout the process

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in loan processing, finance operations, compliance, or related fields
• Proven track record of success based on accuracy, completeness, and efficiency in previous roles
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships with stakeholders
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong computer skills, with a preference for Salesforce experience
